We bring value to the passenger/driver relationship because we can use newly developed technology to better inform both parties of various choices in the marketplace. We also do offer bulk group rates to car, limosine and other similar type service providers. Further, we can setup similiar type facility at transportation companies who wish to communicate with their drivers more effectively using our new patented technology.

Communication with a driver through this web site will be kept confidential. PickARide.com will only provide the medium for your conversation but will in no way be held liable for what transpires between the passenger and the driver. For timely communications to take place that will be beneficial between potential drivers and potential passengers WE MUST DISCLOSE EMAIL ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, AND SMS TEXT MESSAGING IDS. In order to provide value to the communities we serve, we must operate in this fashion.

Driver subscribers of PickARide.com pay a nominal flat monthly fee to be part of PickARide.com's Network of Services. PickARide.com does not engage in the collection of revenue or part of revenue generated from the service of transportation advertised on this site. All revenue generated from "rides" go to the respective driver subscriber or the subscriber's service that did perform the transportation task. PickARide.com passenger subscribers do not pay any type of fee or fees to PickARide.com website. PickARide.com operates solely on the nominal flat monthly fee paid by its driver population. PickARide.com does use SMS Text Messaging and users of PickARide.com are responsible for SMS Text Messaging Fees charged by their cellphone carriers. It is important for all users of this site to check with their cellphone carrier the fees charged for providing SMS Text Messaging service to their subscribers.
8. Pickaride.com insurance.
Pickaride.com does not carry insurance against personal injury or property damage incurred by a passenger or a driver.
9. PickARide.com driver endorsement.
Pickaride.com does not endorse any driver. Pickaride.com has no minimum requirements for any drivers. Pickaride.com does not validate any of the information that a driver enters. Posting accurate and truthful information is the responsibility of the driver. Pickaride.com has no financial stake or incentive in any of the drivers or how they are rated, ranked or reviewed.
10. PickARide.com responsibility.
Pickaride.com is not responsible for any misinformation posted by a driver or passenger. Pickaride.com does NOT guarantee the integrity of any information posted on the Pickaride.com.com website.
11. PickARide.com's role.
Pickaride.com is only a 3rd party that facilitates communication between passenger and driver. Pickaride.com does not endorse any driver, and does not validate any of the information that a driver enters. The passenger and driver work out all details of their "arrangement". The passenger's phone and name information will be transmitted to a driver so the driver/passenger can operate independently of pickaride.com.
12. PickARide.com's comments forum.
In an effort to meet the needs of our passengers, Pickaride.com (will) provide a moderated forum for comments on the experiences passengers have had with Pickaride.com and the drivers they have selected through Pickaride.com. While Pickaride.com does not ensure the validity of any ratings or reviews given to a driver because ratings and reviews are determined at the sole discretion of the passenger, Pickaride.com will monitor feedback and ban drivers who do not follow policy. Pickaride.com encourages passengers to provide feedback either on the forums or via email.
